Meet the Team

Ms. Pitts has deep experience in the management of fiscal controls and assets. Responsible for ensuring fiscal compliance with all regulations, laws, and ordinances, budget allocation, and board presentations. She has extensive expertise in planning, finance allocation, development from the bottom up, and the restoration of historical sites. She has worked as a Commercial Asset Manager for the last 30 years, during which time she has handled large multi-tenant projects with developers, property managers, resort management, and finally in local government.
