Mr. Byington is a visionary leader combining financial acumen with technological expertise to build strong, adaptable organizations, leveraging innovation and program management to achieve business goals. Having worked for a utility company for nearly 20 years, he has extensive work experience within the electric industry, gaining supervisory management, project management, operations management, and construction management experience during his time there. In his personal time, he umpires baseball, referees football, and spends time boating on the California Delta.
